Why I Started
Reform Psychology
I started Reform Psychology after identifying a need in psychological service provision from therapists who have lived experience of military service. I wanted to provide support to previous and currently serving men and women and their families, in a setting that understands the unique challenges that life in Defence presents. This support is achieved through the provision of online psychological services to individuals and consultancy to other veteran support agencies for veterans and their families.

My Story
I have served over 24 years in the Army as an Officer in the Royal Australian Engineers. I have experienced most aspects of military life including the challenges of deployments, postings, and balancing family life and military demands. I retrained as a psychologist for the primary goal of providing psychological support to those who are looking for psychotherapy from someone who is able to relate to some of the less understood aspects and challenges that service place on people and their families.
I have a Bachelor in Social Science-Psychology and an Advanced Graduate Diploma in Psychology. I am currently registered as a provisional Psychologist and am completing my Masters of Professional Psychology.
